I have noticed that we are no longer having journal club and the attendance of residents at the morning meeting is low. we really need to attend this meetings so we can improve in our management of patients. Has anyone tried to ask the residents why they don't come to morning report and journal club? Actually, I thought morning report attendance had been pretty good.
